Our 8-week program is designed for men looking to build muscle and strength with a focus on balanced upper and lower body development. While we emphasize key areas like the chest, back, and arms—because let’s be honest, those are the muscles that get noticed—rest assured, there’s plenty of leg work included too. No one wants to be that guy with a disproportionate upper body, right?
Tailored for women looking to focus on lower-body development, with balanced upper-body training included.
With over 11 years of experience, I’ve crafted this routine to help you tone and strengthen your body without overdeveloping certain undesired muscle groups (upper traps, for example).
