Our personal training program is designed to help you build strength, improve body composition, and move with confidence. Work one-on-one with a Slight Edge certified trainer who will coach proper technique, tailor your programming to your goals, and provide the accountability needed to get lasting results.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, build muscle, improve endurance, or simply feel better in your body, we will create a plan that fits you. We also offer semi-private training for those who want to train with a partner, friend, or family member.


Sports Performance Training
Our group sports performance training helps athletes develop the speed, strength, power, and conditioning needed to excel in their sport. Each session is designed to improve athletic performance through focused training that builds better movement, explosiveness, coordination, endurance, and resilience.
Coached by certified trainers in a motivating group setting, athletes learn how to train with purpose while developing the physical foundation needed for long-term success in competition.
Small Group Training
Small group personal training offers the perfect balance of personalized coaching and group motivation. In a setting of 3 to 8 members, you will be guided by a certified Slight Edge trainer through structured sessions focused on proper technique, strength development, conditioning, and long-term progress.
With a smaller group size, you get more individual attention than a traditional class while still benefiting from the support, energy, and accountability of training alongside others.
